Praise the LORD.......Hubby's surgery went well and quickly. He has been accepted into a nursing home/in-house rehab facility about 1/2 mile from our HOME ! He will probably have to be there for a month and a half, but I should be able to be near him often. Since I tend to coddle him, I will have to refrain from butting in too much.
Oh, the LORD is so good to us ! When my brother brought me home tonight, after driving me home last night and up there and back today, because of the snow in the driveway (I mean, he wanted to be there for hubby and me anyway), we found my driveway's snow melted, so that I can drive myself tomorrow. And although there is more bad weather predicted, hubby SHOULD be brought back here before it hits.
Many wonderful friends and relatives supported us through this long day, both in person and far away, lifting prayers and our spirits. Thank all of you so much for your prayers and your love.......we can literally SEE and FEEL the results.

“O Thou who art the all pervading glory of the world, we bless Thee for the power of beauty to gladden our hearts.
We praise Thee that even the least of us may feel a thrill of the creative joy when we give form and substance to our thoughts and, beholding our handiwork, find it good and fair. “.

"Come, and listen, all you who fear God; let me tell you what He has done for me.
I cried out to Him with my mouth; His praise was on my tongue.
If I had cherished sin in my heart, the LORD woud not have listened and heard my voice in prayer.
Praise be to God, Who has not rejected my prayer or withheld His love from me!" Psalm 66:16-20
